Retreat Schedule (sample)

Our retreats are seasonal so the yoga sessions are created to balance our energy with  that in nature. They are held at the beautiful St Marks Stays in Sedburgh.

Free time is spent sleeping, walking, chilling in the garden or cosy lounge with a good book or enjoying a massage or facial with our lovely beauty therapist Grace (booked independently of the retreat).

All diets are catered for at mealtimes and our chef is more than happy to chat about what they’re preparing and how to do it!

Friday

  • Arrival 4-5.30pm
  • Yoga 5.30-6.30pm
  • Dinner 7pm
  • Evening yoga nidra 9-9.30pm

Saturday
