Terms and Conditions for Private Lessons

All cancellations of private sessions should be made within 48 hours, or full session fee will apply.

In the case of sudden illness or emergency, please contact Deborah as soon as possible on 0785 753 7905. Re-scheduling will depend on session time availability.

If for any reason Deborah needs to cancel due to illness or emergencies she will contact you with as much notice as possible.
Support for Private Yoga Clients
Support between sessions is available via email. Emails are answered periodically throughout the business day and can take up to 48 hours for response during a normal business week. Please note on weekends and days off, email communication is limited.
Pricing & Payments for Private Lessons
Pricing is set by an hourly session rate. Concessions are available for those with a genuine need. I will supply private yoga rates upon request.
Travel costs for Private Lessons
If Deborah is travelling to the student or alternative venue, a travel fee will be applied. This will be discussed in advance of agreement of work.
BOOKINGS:
Full payment when session date(s) and time(s) are confirmed is payable to Deborah Grossman is required.
PAYMENTS:
Payment can be made by bank transfer prior to the session date/time.
Private (Group)Yoga Session T&Cs
Terms and Conditions for Private (Group) Lessons – for organisations organising sessions for their clients

All cancellations of private sessions should be made within 4 weeks hours, or full session fee will apply.

If Deborah is travelling outwith their local area a travel fee will be applied. This will be discussed in advance of agreement of work.

Day Retreat Booking & Cancellation T&Cs
BOOKINGS:
Full payment when place is confirmed is payable to Deborah Grossman is required with this booking form to secure your place.
PAYMENTS:
Payment can be made by bank transfer.
CANCELLATIONS:
Please let us know as soon as possible if something comes up and you cannot attend our retreat. We always endeavour to treat cancellations fairly and sympathetically but the following applies: We’ll refund you the full amount you’ve paid minus a £10 administration fee if you cancel 90 days BEFORE the start of the retreat. If you cancel WITHIN 90 days of the retreat, no refund will be issued unless we find a replacement for the vacancy created by your cancellation. If we do find a replacement, we will refund everything you’ve paid minus the deposit to you within 15 days.
If we have to cancel the retreat or it must be cancelled due to any other force majeure, we will do our best to reschedule the retreat. You will have the option to apply your deposit towards the new dates for the retreat or a future retreat or cancel your place.
LIABILITY:
We do NOT accept any liability for:
• Cancellations, delays or changes caused by war, threat of war, terrorist actions or threats, closure of airports, civil strife, industrial action, natural disaster, technical problems to transport, staff cancellations, weather or other events beyond our control.
• Participants’ medical or psychiatric conditions which may develop during or subsequent to the holiday.
• Loss of, or damage to, personal property of participants.
If you have had any major physical or emotional illness within the past 5 years, or are under medical or psychiatric supervision, you must notify us of the details at the time of booking and, where appropriate, enclose a doctor’s certificate of fitness to travel. Non-disclosure of relevant information can invalidate your insurance and cancel our contractual obligation to you.
Weekend Retreat Booking & Cancellation T&Cs
BOOKINGS:
A deposit of 30% of the room selection is payable to Deborah Grossman is required with this booking form to secure your place. The balance is due 12 weeks before the retreat. If booking within six weeks of start date payment in full will be required upon booking.
PAYMENTS:
Payment can be made by bank transfer.
ROOMS AVAILABLE ON FIRST COME BASIS. PLEASE INDICATE PREFERENCE FOR ROOM, AND WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO MEET YOUR REQUEST.
CANCELLATIONS:

If we do find a replacement, we will refund everything you’ve paid minus the deposit to you within 15 days.
