A mini wellness retreat to rest, relax

& rejuvenate for Autumn

Saturday 26 October 2024 – Join us for a mini wellness retreat at Bolton Abbey Village Hall and take some time for you. After the heat of summer and transition through late summer we move towards the energy of Autumn – drawing in, slowing down and adopting a gentler regime, physically, mentally and
emotionally.

It is the time for letting go of things that do not serve us. By clearing away the old and stale, we make room for what we value and cherish; clearing our minds as well as our physical clutter.
Our day includes movement through yoga and qigong, pausing through meditation and resting through yoga nidra.
Seasonal essential oils and other seasonal treats will be included.
These approaches can benefit our overall physical and mental health, supporting our immune and offering us the opportunity to connect in with ourselves and listen to what we need.
All offered activities are optional – this is your retreat, your time to meet your needs.

The retreat will be suitable for all levels of yoga student.
Please bring your own yoga mats and props.
