I regularly run workshops, retreats and pop ups both locally and further afield. Whether you can join us for an hour, an afternoon, a day or a weekend, I look forward to welcoming you. All events are suitable for both beginners and more experienced yogis.

Join me for in Sedbrugh, Cumbria at the beautiful St Marks Stays for a seasonal retreat. Expect LOTS of nurture and time for you.
Seasonal Yoga Flow, Yin Yoga, Qigong, stunning food, and massage and other holistic treatments available (these are additional to the retreat costs). Surrounded by nature and glorious walks with plenty of time to explore.
 
Our retreat schedule include twice daily yoga, all meals and accommodation (shared and private options available). Please register your interest here.

Please note, a deposit of 30% of your room rate is required to confirm your booking.
