Our Winter Mini Retreat is the perfect opportunity to rest and restore post festive hustles and bustles and to reconnect to a place of stillness, aligning with nature from root level, to contemplate and to go with the flow like Water.

Winter is the time to retreat and conserve our energy in order for our bodies to deeply restore.

Winter is the time to use our energy for self- reflection, meditation and internal work to go within, to discover our true potential and the essence of our true self.

Winter is about hibernation; rest, renewal and rejuvenation.

Tea, chocolate and seasonal essential oils will be offered after the session to help reawaken the senses. You are also invited to stay for dinner at the Dandelion cafe after the workshop (not included in ticket price).
